Skybridge is located at the top of a private gated community, The Reserve, in Fish Haven, ID. This luxury home on 6+ acres sleeps 75 with 8 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms in the main house, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the optional apartment (sleeps 14). With spacious open gathering rooms, vaulted ceilings and enormous windows overlooking an aerial view of Bear Lake, it’s the perfect spot for family reunions, weddings, and company retreats. The iconic skybridge is a great place to rest and take in the views.

The space
There are 2 separate bunk rooms, one with 8 full bunks, 4 twin bunks and 2 trundles, the other with 1 queen bed, 4 full bunks, 2 twin bunks and 1 trundle. There is a large covered deck, covered patio, and a fire pit. Guests will have access to all of the Reserve amenities including clubhouse with two heated pools, hot tub, weights/workout room, splash pad, sports court (tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts), children's outdoor playground, and a private beach 2.6 miles from the home.

Skybridge has instant access to all-season recreation activities for snowmobiles, ATVs, and mountain biking. It is also ~30 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Area.

The skybridge connects to separate living quarters above the garage, which sleeps 14 in 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, a full kitchen, dining room, family room and laundry. These quarters can be added for an additional fee. To check for availability, contact the host.
Guest access
Access to The Reserve is through a gate, requiring an entry code. The home is located at the top of the neighborhood, and the clubhouse with pools and amenities is located at the entrance (about a mile away). The private beach is located about 2.6 miles from the home. A key fob is required for entry to the private beach, clubhouse, pools, and sports courts.
Additional notes
The main floor has two master bedrooms, each with a king bed and a full bathroom en suite with two sinks, toilet, and shower but no tub.

There are 2 bunk rooms upstairs: The larger bunk room has its own attached bathroom with shower and two sinks, and sleeps 22 with 4 sets of double (full) bunks, 2 sets of twin bunks, and 2 trundle beds. There is another bunk room that sleeps 13 with 1 queen bed, 1 set of twin bunks, 2 sets of double (full) bunks, plus 1 trundle. In the hall is a full bathroom with tub/shower and two sinks. The upstairs also has a flex room (loft) with a couch/futon.

The basement has five bedrooms, all with queen beds. One bedroom has one queen bed and an en suite bathroom. Three bedrooms have a queen bed and 2 queen bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms in the hall with bath tub/shower and two sinks. The final room is a game room/bedroom with a pulldown queen bed. There is also a futon in the basement.

The apartment over the garage -- which is a separate add-on booking -- has two bedrooms, one with a king and 2 queen bunks, and the other with a queen bed and 2 queen bunks. The master of these two rooms has its own full bathroom with sink and shower but no tub. There’s also a bathroom in the hall with sink, shower, and bathtub. The living room area of the apartment has a Queen sofa pull out bed.
